DocGiv collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes: To Process Transactions We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order to facilitate and fulfill that order, including processing and confirming bookings, processing payments, and tracking redemption. This may include disclosure of identifiable information, such as name, phone numbers, address, and email addresses, to providers after a voucher is purchased for the purpose of facilitating appointment scheduling. When such information is disclosed to or used by providers for facilitating appointment scheduling, such disclosure and use shall be in compliance with the provider’s privacy policy and state and federal law. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service. To Improve Services We may use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Services and other programs, features, and functionality related to the Services; as well as to perform analytics and conduct customer research. To Send Periodic Emails The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Services. CHILDREN’S POLICY
Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 18. By using DocGiv, User represents that User is at least eighteen years old and understands that User must be at least eighteen years old in order to create an account and purchase services advertised through the Services.
